In parallel with the development of digital technologies in the world, traditional education models based on space have evolved into an integrated structure through virtual environments. Digital possibilities, which are the main determinant of the integrated structure with the effect of a global pandemic, eliminate the access barrier created by time and space, and create new areas of cooperation and freedom. A process in which there are “limitlessness in boundaries” can really open new windows to education life. In this process, we want to open a window that offers the possibilities of digital media while effectively maintaining traditional design studios over virtual studios. As for the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department, Yalın Tan + Partners team with our students, one of Turkey's leading office interior design, we bring together in a virtual studio.

Students who receive a diploma project will have the opportunity to work with the Yalın Tan + Partners team during the project process and will be able to meet in the virtual studio on the dates specified in the project calendar and discuss their projects. Sometimes, students will remove the boundaries between the office in London and another office in Istanbul, and will be able to work face to face in a digital environment.  . This application will be an important experience for our students in terms of meeting new opportunities and discovering the endless possibilities of the digital world during the transition to the practical field of the profession.
