Dear students,

If you could not attend the final exam or the make up exam of a course due to positive covid test result, you can have an additional exam opportunity provided by our university. You must follow the below steps to apply for an additional exam opportunity. 

• Fill and sign the petition sample for yourselves
• Please get the formal document (from e-devlet or e-nabiz) that shows your positive Covid test result. 
• Please fill the application form under from CATS under the “FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE” page’s Tests & Quizzes” part. Upload your signed petition and positive test result documents. 
• Information and documents in your application must be correct and complete. If there are mistakes and incomplete documents, your application will not be approved.  
• Due date for application is 20 January 2022, 17:00. 

All applications will be evaluated by the department. The results (approved/not approved) will be announced through CATS on 21 January 2022 at 16:00. 

Additional exams will be held face to face between 24 January – 2 February 2022. Additional exam schedule will be announced by department. Please follow the announcements.

Not: Additional exam is only suitable for students with positive Covid test result. Students with other health problems cannot attend the additional exams.
