“STORY OF THREE MUSEUMS” SEMINAR

The Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design hosted Master Architect Kadir Uyanık, one of the Founders of Do[x] Architecture, at our university as part of the "Fall Semester Seminar Series". In the event held on Wednesday, November 24 at Önder Öztunalı Conference Hall, Uyanık Museum, which made a presentation on the "Story of the Three Museums", shared information about the design and implementation processes of Gazhane, IMM and SCAM museums with the students.

MOST SUCCESSFUL PROJECT EXHIBITION AND AWARDS

The "Most Successful Project Exhibition and Awards" event, traditionally organized by the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, was held face-to-face after a long break. The event, which was held in order to create a constructive competition environment and provide motivation among the students in interior design project courses, was hosted by the 1st floor exhibition hall in Ataköy campus on Tuesday, November 26, 2021. We congratulate all our students who were deemed worthy of the selection and received awards and wish them continued success.

“THINKING ARCHITECTURAL SPACE THROUGH INSTALLATION ART”

The Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design brought Architect Efe Korkut Kurt together with the students as part of the "Basic Design" courses led by Assist. Prof. Derya Adıgüzel Özbek and Assoc. Prof. Reyhan Uludağ and the "Basic Design" courses led by Lecturer Meltem Çetinel. Kurt's seminar titled "Thinking Architectural Space Through Installation Art" was held on 3-4 November 2021.
