As part of the "Building Knowledge and Materials I" course given in the Turkish Program of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, a technical visit was organized to the Marriott Hotel construction site in Karaköy on Thursday, December 2nd. In the technical trip, which was carried out in accordance with the content of the course, conducted by Assist. Prof. Aliye Rahşan Karabetça and Res. Assist. Armağan Gülhaş, the students experienced the construction site environment by seeing the variety of construction and manufacturing methods and materials.

Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design has chosen the student representatives for the 2021-2022 Academic Year.

ENGLISH PROGRAM

The Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design hosted Master Architect Kadir Uyanık, one of the Founders of Do[x] Architecture, at our university as part of the "Fall Semester Seminar Series". In the event held on Wednesday, November 24 at Önder Öztunalı Conference Hall, Uyanık Museum, which made a presentation on the "Story of the Three Museums", shared information about the design and implementation processes of Gazhane, IMM and SCAM museums with the students.
